Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education. 2 years experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. 6 months experienced mechanic. 6 months experienced carpenter. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Technical trade. 2 years experience in a Healthcare setting. 6 months experienced electrician. 6 months Experienced plumber. Experienced painter.
