Description The Facilities Technician plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the FBO. This full-time, hands-on, seasonal position ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members during our peak season between November and May. Responsibilities include janitorial duties, minor repairs, stocking amenities, and supporting line service and detailing operations as needed. Duties Include: Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, offices, and public areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and empty trash. Polish floors and clean carpets as needed. Wash windows and mirrors. Maintain cleaning supplies and order inventory when needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas in good condition. Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs Replace air filters, light bulbs, and assist with HVAC upkeep. Perform minor repairs and facility enhancements. Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify maintenance or safety issues. Stock and refresh guest areas with drinks and amenities. Assist with seasonal cleanup, special projects, or layout changes. Wash and maintain customer and company vehicles. Upkeep outside of the facility, including parking lot and hangar. Handle basic outdoor tasks like sweeping, pressure washing walkways, entrances, parking lots etc. Receive fuel deliveries, including preform quality control checks Assist with aircraft movements by acting as a wing walker. Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Strong communication skills Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work independently Works independently with minimal supervision, consistently identifying, planning, and resolving facility needs Knowledge of various cleaning products and tools Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces using cleaning solutions Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds Strong organization skills Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners Excellent time-management skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
