We’re looking for a dedicated Facility & Maintenance Team Members to support the equipment and upkeep of our restaurant locations. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring our facilities meet high standards of functionality. Ability to specialize in some of these areas including: Equipment Repair - HVAC - Electrical – Plumbing – Painting – Tile Work – Small Concrete Patching – Pressure Washing – Landscape

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• 1 Year of applicable experience in at least one skill set: commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration, or commercial HVAC. No expierence we may have and different opporunity for you that can lead to larger role.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work independently, with solid communication skills.
• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background is a plus.
• Journeyman License and or CFESA certification not required but would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good driving record.

• Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Communicates repair status updates with customer and branch office.
• Communicate parts order(s) with branch.
• Completes service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with Whaley standards and safety first.
• Meet on-call requirements.
