Position Summary The Facilities Technician will oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the building, its contents, and the surrounding areas. Requirements Responsibilities Handling all work orders on equipment and facilities Refurbish used equipment. Managing all supplies and hardware Maintain clean environments and workspaces. Other duties as assigned by management. Education, Experience and Skills Required High school diploma, G.E.D Walk / stand for 8 or more hours daily Must be able to carry out detailed written or oral instructions Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, and Travel Requirements Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to push up to 40 pounds. Must be able to pull up to 55 pounds. Standing for long periods, general bending and twisting are associated with lifting. Local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for overseeing the general maintenance and upkeep of the building, its contents, and the surrounding areas. Key duties include handling all work orders on equipment and facilities, refurbishing used equipment, and managing supplies and hardware.
