WHAT THIS JOB INVOLVES:

At JLL, we’re looking for someone eager to start a career in facilities management as a Facilities Trainee. This entry-level job gives you hands-on experience in how buildings operate. You’ll learn from our team while trying different roles to see what you enjoy most. As you learn, you’ll build skills that can lead to advancement. You’ll develop practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional relationships that will serve as the foundation for your growth in facilities management while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interest in facilities management, building operations, or related areas
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Experience working in customer serviceInterest in pursuing professional certification in facilities management
