Read more about your job as our Facility and Security Trainee in Jyväskylä! We are now looking for a Facility and Security Trainee to the Jyväskylä office. As a Facility Management and Corporate Security trainee you will provide support to Airbus business as part of our Facility and Security teams. Your primary focus will be in daily facility management related tasks such as vendor coordination, managing supplies, recycling and environmental matters, communication with stakeholders and internal customers etc. In addition, the role involves hands-on operational tasks such as coordinating office space changes, managing furniture relocations, and handling maintenance requests. Your position will also include the hands-on implementation of physical security measures for our premises. Your daily tasks will vary, but will fundamentally involve monitoring and maintaining security operations, specifically including access rights management, conducting routine security checks and incident response. In this role you will gain insight into how working culture develops in our newly renovated premises. You will also learn how Facility Management and Security crosses and supports all business functions. The duration of this trainee period is 4 months and will start on an agreed date or on 4th of May 2026. The position is full-time between May-August 2026. Who do we see working in this trainee position? Our trainee programme is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences. You are preferably aiming for a degree related to facility management or security management. You might be a second or third year student. Success in this role will be strongly supported by a background in Facility Management. Prior practical experience in building maintenance or property services is highly valued. Relevant studies in Facility Management are beneficial. Additionally, having studied security management and possessing a working knowledge of information security requirements is advantageous.
