To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Facility & Asset Specialist who will be part of our Corporate Services Department.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical Degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining electrical/special and mechanical systems within industrial environments, particularly in the aerospace sector or other high-tech facilities.
  • Availability to work on shifts, including night shifts, and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Good understanding of the English language.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • In-depth knowledge of technical and safety regulations in the facility management field.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Good manual skills for basic maintenance tasks.
  • PES/PAV certification for electrical work.
  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle emergencies.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

As a Facility & Asset Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, maintenance and compliance of the company’s assets and facilities, coordinating suppliers and optimizing operational processes.

The activities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensure the operation and extraordinary maintenance, liaising with suppliers and external technicians.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks when necessary.
  • Define ordinary, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans, making sure to maintain the company’s assets in efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Participate in emergency management and resolution of critical failures.
  • Support in the installation and qualification of company’s equipment.
  • Ensure that the facilities can meet the requirements of new installations.
  • Prepare technical reports on system status and maintenance activities.
  • Support the updating of the technical archive related to the company’s facilities and assets.
  • Collaborate with the Facility & Asset team to optimize processes and improve operational performance.
