Description Kenly 95 Petro is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests by keeping outdoor areas neat, safe, and well-maintained. Requirements Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped spaces. Perform routine lawn care such as mowing, trimming, and watering. Remove litter, debris, and trash from designated areas. Assist with minor landscaping projects and seasonal maintenance tasks. Perform snow and ice removal during winter months, if applicable. Report any property damage or safety hazards to management. Qualifications: Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance preferred. Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic. Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude.
