TruShine Car Wash is currently hiring for a Co-Manager Assistant at our location in Kingsport, TN. Come and be part of our growing team! Excellent starting pay and benefits offered. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Guiding customers into the car wash.
• Checking/Preparing cars before they enter the wash.
• Basic outdoor property maintenance (empty trash, sweep parking lot).
• Assisting customers at the automated kiosks.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:

• All work performed will be done outside in all types of weather.
• Moving vehicles heighten safety concerns, must stay alert and aware of surroundings.
• Be able to maintain a positive attitude, speedy service and great work ethic under pressure.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
• Management experience preferred, but not required.
• Pride in work, strong integrity and highly effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Drug test and background check required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
