DESCRIPTION
Graham Capital Management L.P. is seeking a Facility Director to join our Facilities team. The Facilities Director will oversee the strategic planning, design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of the firm’s properties. Reporting to the Managing Director of Firm Operations, this individual will lead and manage the facilities team – including a, building engineer, electrician/mechanic, and maintenance generalist – to ensure all properties operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with firm standards.
REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years of managerial experience in facilities and team management
· Bachelor’s degree a plus
· Well versed in Disaster Recovery methodology and implementation
· Familiar with data center operations
· Experience with landlord leases
· Strong communication and project management skills
· Develop and manage budgets and long-term facilities plans aligned with the firm’s growth trajectory and operational objectives
· Oversee the performance of all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management infrastructure
· Review and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
· Oversee contractors involved in facility-related projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of services with minimal disruption to business operations
· Ensure full compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards
· Oversee contracted service providers such as security, food service, janitorial, fitness center, and landscaping
· Serve as liaison with building management teams at all GCM facilities
