YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate has documented experience in energy optimization, both theoretical and practical, and is able to perform (at least the majority of) the above mentioned areas of responsibilities.

Furthermore, as a person we imagine that you are

  • Proactive, including self-management in daily tasks.
  • Trustworthy and have a service-oriented approach.
  • Understanding the business and the way tasks are conducted.
  • Working in a global organization across cultural differences.

In addition, it is important that you

  • Understand building maintenance regarding building enclosures.
  • Have knowledge about and experience within structure of domestic hot water supply in multi-story buildings, as well as hot water production and circulation.
  • Understand heating supply, including mixing circuits.
  • Have knowledge about heating and ventilation regulation.
  • Understand BMS and CTS.
  • Bring knowledge of heat pumps and different operating modes.
  • Have knowledge of electrical supply and structure of panel systems.
  • Are IT proficient with an Interest in data collection and processing.

Since the position requires travel to international sites and collaboration across cultural differences, effective communication skills and the ability to work in a global team are also essential, including English language skills at a technical negotiation level.
It is seen as advantage, but not a requirement, if you bring an education with Energy Technology.

Responsibilities
  • Collect necessary data and perform heat loss calculations on existing buildings.
  • Advise on energy improvements, both on energy systems and buildings, documented through valid data.
  • Conduct ESG reporting and participate in audits in collaboration with our internal ESG team.
  • Access BMS (Building Management Systems) and CTS (Centralized Technical Systems) and analyze data from such systems.
  • Create business cases for energy improvement projects with accompanying project descriptions
