Major responsibilities Full time facility management for Suzhou 12#, 8# and Shanghai Xinsi site, Call for the Company’s BU/CU reactive maintenance including, Responds to deviation, CAPA, change control of the facility, analyse and solve problems from the root cause, Utilities, Facilities includes HVAC, CA, CO2, Fire, Clean room, Pass-box, Electric system, Building, Cold Room, Inactivated system, PW, WFI, PS, VRV, Determine the strategy of facility management, establish the maintenance system of BU/CU, execute operation and record strictly, Provide support for facility commissioning, qualification and validation, Participate in quality activities such as deviation, CAPA, CC and others, Other reasonably duties as requested by Company Senior Management from time to time. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Education background: College or above. At least 2-3 year work experience in Bio pharmaceutics manufacture (Experience working in a foreign company is preferred.)or related industrial company, supporting daily operation, new project execution. Familiar with facility management related system’s Operation and maintenance in pharmaceutical plant including: PW/WFI/PS/PG, HVAC, Clean room, firefighting, supplying & plumbing system, electric and automation. Have the background and acknowledge of GMP equipment management. Familiar with facility and have the background. Basic English skills in speaking、listening、Reading、Writing. Responsibilities
The facility engineer will manage the facilities at Suzhou and Shanghai sites, responding to maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with quality standards. They will also participate in quality activities and support facility commissioning and validation.
