  • Experienced in the electrotechnical field, ideally authorized to manage electrical switch operations
  • Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in an electro technical or industrial / mechanical environment
  • Following technical skills are highly preferred:
  • Operation and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical systems
  • Operation and maintenance of mechanical systems
  • Maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems
  • Maintenance of conveyor technique (elevators)

Responsibilities

As a Facility Engineer working on one of our Data Center Sites based in Frankfurt (Hattersheim, Fechenheim, Ostend) , you will provide engineering support for monitoring , planned servicing and corrective maintenance on a range of critical data center infrastructure and associated equipment. You will manage routine plant inspections , act as a first-line response and ensure that all work is done in line with relevant regulations and our own processes and procedures. Conduct vendor management and act to maximize uptime/SLA (Service Level Agreement) and improve PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).
Within this function, you are acting with external and internal stakeholders such as Service Planning, Security, 3rd party suppliers and our customers.
