• Responsible for the upkeep of building structures, both inside and outside.
• Handle repairs and servicing of fixtures, fittings, and related facilities.
• Liaise with contractors for the maintenance and statutory certification of lifts and cranes.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors to ensure proper execution of works.Maintain the overall condition, cleanliness, and safety of the premises and surrounding areas.
