Description
Maintenance, Build, and Construction Provide system builds for safe operations and maintenance. Develop equipment and component specifications. Ensure builds align with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations. Maintain capacity planning databases with accurate field conditions. Track system capacity relative to current supply and forecasted loads. Prepare periodic system status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments and challenges. Support manufacturing scenario planning according to standard processes. Evaluate system and distribution capacity impacts based on scenario changes. Provide scope for facilities infrastructure additions or modifications. Evaluate space planning for future equipment and scenario changes. Collaborate and communicate with the Global Facility (GFAC) team and manufacturing partners. Deliver detailed builds and specifications for new facilities infrastructure installations. Support cost and schedule estimates, and justify scenario changes. Prepare project scopes, ensuring necessary input from appropriate collaborators. Perform system inspections per code requirements and sign off on reports. Support equipment startup and commissioning. Consult and support Operations, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams. Analyze systems to identify improvements for better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings. Conduct risk assessments, failure mode, and effects analysis. Eliminate Single Points of Failure (SPOF) and mitigate risk. Collaborate with Manufacturing and GFAC teams on root cause identification and prevention. Participate in build review meetings and table reviews for First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) material builds. Act as site representative for corporate requests and assignments. Support other sites and projects with personnel, consultation, documentation, etc. Preserve and improve BKM related to operations and maintenance. Stay updated on domain knowledge (chemical theory, instrumentation control, high purity principles) and equipment support knowledge (reaction modes, hazard protocols, leak detection). Proven experience in facilities engineering, particularly in semiconductor manufacturing. Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
