Description

A leading hospitality firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Engineer to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in the UAE, particularly in facility operations within the hospitality sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
  • 5–6 years of relevant UAE experience in facility or maintenance engineering
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the UAE
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead a team of technicians and contractors
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
    Contract length: 24 months
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems within the facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all building systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
  • Ensure all engineering operations meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Support energy conservation initiatives and sustainability goals.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and budgets as needed.
