Collaborate with project and construction teams to review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems before handover.
Assist in final inspection, commissioning, and acceptance of building systems from contractors.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facility management.
Identify potential operational risks and provide technical input for corrective measures.
Operational Phase:
Monitor and maintain all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, escalators, lighting, firefighting, etc.).
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Oversee vendor and contractor works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, asset registers, and inspection reports.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and technical issues.
Optimize energy usage and support sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate with tenants on facility-related requirements and fit-out guidelines.
