Title: Facility Executive Job Title: Facility Executive Completions Database Specialist Division and/or Project Hook KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Completions Database Specialist to support the multi-billion-dollar Plaquemines project developing a Liquid Natural Gas export facility when fully developed will have an export capacity of up to 20 million metric tonnes per year. Summary Section The Completions Database Specialist will be responsible for start-up and plant operations activities including equipment and system checkout, inspection for proper installation, review for correct design, and calculation of expected system and equipment operating parameters under temporary start-up conditions. This role will perform quality checks of system and subsystem scoped / marked-up drawings for completion of systemization by system and subsystem owners that will transfer into the completions database, Doc-Console; thereby delegating all tagged items, equipment, electrical items, instruments and tagged items to the appropriate systems and subsystem and subsequent construction areas, work packages to align with the CSO Zones. The Completions Database Specialist will report to the Senior Completions Manager. Responsibilities: Monitor work performance and ensure high cleaning standards Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities for cleanliness Address employee concerns related to office infrastructure Coordinate with the BMS team for day-to-day issues and weekend activities Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture Maintain office asset records and coordinate repairs or replacements Ensure meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas are well-organized Office key management Track drinking water stock and ensure timely ordering Organize indoor office celebrations and events Submit monthly space utilization reports to the client Implement workplace safety measures and emergency preparedness plans Maintain housekeeping stock records Maintain stationery stock records Manage seating arrangements and coordinate office moves Ensure the facility is clean and safe for employees and visitors Space planning and management Maintain AMC vendor records & service reports Collect invoices from vendors and make service entries Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Education requirement must match Any Graduate 3 to 5 years of experience working completions, using a completions system preferably Co-Console Proven ability as a supervisor and to work independently Must be able to read and understand contracts Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word Expertise to interface well with the project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including the client Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability KBR — Delivering Solutions, Changing the World.
