FACILITY FLOATER JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt JOB OVERVIEW: MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Facility Floater assists with every job within the department to ensure smooth operations. This position reports to the Facility Team Lead. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets * Clean warehouse and office spaces using mop, broom, and vacuum * Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria * Collect and bale cardboard * Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees * Other tasks as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager * Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift * Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time * Must be able to follow written directions and company policies BENEFITS: * Healthcare after 60 days of employment * Weekly paychecks * Employee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days of employment * 401(k) with employer match after 90 days of employment * Employee Referral Program * 5 days PTO after 90 days of employment MAC.BID is an equal-opportunity workplace.
