Description
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the operation of Cleansing, Healthcare Waste Management, Linen & Laundry and Sustainable Program (3R) services as per Concession Agreement, Project Operation Guideline (POG), Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to meet service delivery expectations. Execute continuous improvement process by implementing LEAN activity, technology and innovation program for service efficiency and effectiveness. Manage all services to comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) practices and procedures in accordance to related Acts and Regulations and meet company targets. Lead and responsible for the compliance of ISO and OHSAS certifications, Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) Accreditation and other standard and requirement set by Ministry of Health (MoH) and Authorised Bodies e.g. DOSH, DOE, SIRIM etc. Plan and manage cost management initiatives such as Approved Annual Operating Budget, Capital Expenditure, Variation Order, cost saving (LEAN) towards achieving company financial annual target. Evaluate vendor performance i.e. manpower supply & management, comprehensive cleansing services, consumable supplies, disposal of hazardous waste, linen processing plant, linen mending, to ensure the services have been delivered effectively and efficiently in compliance with contract agreement / purchase order. Ensure the competency and qualification of staff are in accordance to the agreed standards towards improving and sustaining service delivery performance and meet customer’s expectations. Prepare and analyse the report and record generated from Information Systems i.e. Asset & Service Information Services (ASIS), E-Clips and eSWIS for service delivery improvement and enhance performance. Establish and maintain good relationship with External Stakeholder (Ministry of Health, Legal Authorities, Public, Vendor) and Internal Stakeholder (Management and Employees) to help sustain smooth operations from mutual trust and achieve high customer satisfaction level. Participate in Customer’s Quality Improvement Programs such as Hospital Accreditation by Malaysian Accreditation for Quality in Health (MSQH) and Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) to support customer’s target in improving quality and performance. Requirement: Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma Specialised in: Housekeeping/Cleansing Services/Waste Management or any relevant field. Total work experience: 4 to 6 years or total relevant experience 4 to to 6 years in Hygiene and Sanitising. Competency Personal of Schedule Waste Management (CePSWAM).
