Description As a Facility Janitor, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment for our team. This position supports daily operations by ensuring that our production areas, offices, and common spaces are kept in excellent condition. What you’ll do Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in both the office and production areas Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed Clean and maintain shop floors, entrances, and high-traffic areas Perform routine deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures Requirements Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in a manufacturing setting Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Willingness to take initiative and pitch in where needed Consistently reliable and punctual Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage Tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave Short-term disability 401K with company match Paid holidays + PTO Lunch Provided Daily Employee discount on parts Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, flexible Compensation $22.00 - $25.00/hour
