· Able to stoop, pull, push, reach, kneel, stand & grasp
· Must be able to work safely up high off the floor (not afraid of heights)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

· Constantly work to improve processes with shipping manager
· Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained and reports are completed on equipment
· Perform facility maintenance on building related issues
· Identify opportunities with manager to improves operations and best practices
· Communicate with other departments on maintenance issues
· Clean and maintain all work tools and work areas as scheduled
· Identify all boats made by shape, size and model
· Help safety manager with equipment and building repairs
· Keep a maintenance daily repair log
· Understand basic mechanical and electrical repairs
· Man lift equipment
· Operate forklift
· Prepare Dumpsters to Haul – Trailers Specifically
· Trailer unstacking & torgue wheels & tires
· Move boats with forklift
· Move boats up and trailer
· Keep hoist area clean & organized
· Build trailers to P.O.S.
· Trash pick-up around building
· Take dump trailers to landfill
· Other duties as assigned
