The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To ensure the smooth operation of office facilities, equipment, and utilities
• Ensure all equipment are in working order
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of office facilities and office assets and maintain proper record
• Liaise with building management related to maintenance, complaints, and rectify the issues
• Supporting on any ad hoc request related to office matter
• Able to work as facility admin for processing orders and services

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity (Facility Maintenance related)
• Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related major.
• Good problem-solving skill and has a strong sense of responsibilities
• Experience in facility maintenance of high-rise office buildings is preferred
