We are searching for a Maintenance Manager to join our Parkland at the Lakes team based in DARTMOUTH, NOVA SCOTIA.

• Journeyman Trade Certificate in one of the Buildings Trades or equivalent experience in building maintenance or construction.
• 2+ years’ experience working in building maintenance or construction;
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Maintenance Tracking software such as AssetPlanner.
• Experience working with seniors in a retirement living or long-term care environment is preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skill
