SUMMARY

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, the EOC (environment of care) of the facility and ensuring that the physical environment is maintained and in good running conditions for clients and teams safety. Maintenance is responsible for the daily upkeep of the residential community

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance of properties
  • High school diploma (college preferred)
  • Good physical and mental health
  • Able to work with minimal direction
  • Must be open to supporting a 24 x 7 environment including on call, weekend, holiday and evening work when required (emergency repairs)
  • Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language
  • Advanced computer skills (mac platforms, word, excel, etc)
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Current cleared TB skin test
  • Valid drivers license in good standings
  • Pass an annual background clearance
  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous sobriety (if in recovery)
  • Willing to submit to random drug and alcohol screening (and pass
Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations to ensure a safe environment.
  • Oversee maintenance tasks
  • Implement project management strategies to improve facility efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Fabricate necessary components as needed for facility improvements or repairs.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance services when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the facility.
  • EOC accreditation requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
