Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Building Systems Technician certificate Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act Other Education and Training Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job Pool Operator certificate, where required Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act Competencies Communication skills Intermediate - Computer skills Interpersonal skills Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge of tools and equipment Ability to work independently
