Description
The successful candidate must have janitorial experience, including stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, general office cleaning and grounds care responsibilities.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  Floor cleaning and maintenance (scrubbing and polishing). 1. Window and wall maintenance. 2. Trash removal. 3. Sweeping. 4. Dusting. 5. Cleaning bus storage building, offices, locker rooms and lavatories. 6. Care of tools, equipment and vehicles assigned to Facilities Maintenance Department. 7. All other duties generally related to janitorial and lawn care functions as assigned by the supervisor.
