Job Details Job Location: Corporate Office - ORANGE PARK, FL 32073 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly This position works within the Operations Group at the Orange Park facility to provide support to the departments for the maintenance and repairs for the building. This includes processing requests for parts and equipment and coordinating with outside contractors as necessary. The goal of the position is to ensure that equipment and systems are maintained in good working condition, and all related paperwork is completed and processed properly. Typical hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch period. Must be able to work overtime and the occasional Saturday and / or Sunday as needed. The work environment is typical non-climate controlled warehouse, as well as typical office conditions. Position may require sitting, standing, bending, reaching for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience. The Facility Maintenance Specialist will: • Perform minor repairs to building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. • Assist with the selection of subcontractors for major repairs • Coordinate / schedule all repair and maintenance contractors • Maintain service contracts and vendor contact list for building systems • General maintenance of sidewalks and driveways • Manage fire, intrusion, access, and camera systems • Maintain materials and tools in an organized fashion in proper locations • Assist in maintaining clean and safe work areas throughout the facility • Assemble, desks, chairs, carts, ladders, and similar items • Assist moving furniture as needed • Paint as needed • Travel as needed to assist with branch projects • Comply with all safety requirements • Other duties as required #INDBSHP Qualifications Qualified candidates must: Have general knowledge of general building repairs and tools Be a team player and willing to learn Be able to follow manufacturer’s instructions for repairs and maintenance Have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Have prior forklift operation experience Be dependable Have a clean driving record Have a valid driver’s license Be attentive to detail and inspection of products Be willing to travel occasionally on company projects Have basic computer skills Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate
