Position: Facility Maintenance Specialist Are you an experienced maintenance professional with expertise in facility upkeep and support for industrial environments? Joined Alloys, a leader in precision alloy solutions, is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to ensure our machining facility remains safe, efficient, and fully operational. Position Summary  Maintenance personnel are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This role directly supports our production teams by providing a well-maintained and safe environment. Education & Experience * General knowledge of industrial equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical drawings. * Basic carpentry and building repair skills (wood, drywall). * Working knowledge of HVAC maintenance and repair. * Ability to coordinate and communicate with outside contractors when needed. * Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools for maintenance and light construction. Core Duties & Responsibilities * Perform repairs and assist in installation of equipment and facility systems. * Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service logs. * Support internal construction, reorganization, and facility layout changes. Physical Requirements * Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. * Climb ladders, crawl, stand, and walk throughout the day. * Demonstrate proper grip strength and manual dexterity for safe tool use.
