Description
Position: Integrated Facility Maintenance Technician Location: Stanton, TN Job Type: On-site (100%) Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor/Facility Manager Department: North American Operations Position Purpose: Integrated Facility Maintenance outlined in the scope of work. Hours: Varies -- 3 shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 11:00pm-7:30am   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   * Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec. * Works safely at all times. * Lead, manage and work alongside junior maintenance technicians. * Team and individual evaluations * Participate as needed in any investigations * Upholding all safety and corporate policies * Respond to work orders, breakdowns and repair facility equipment, with the ability to quickly analyze, and correct advanced electromechanical issues associated with the site. * Safe working practice in a manufacturing environment. * Perform preventative and predictive maintenance as scheduled. * Demonstrate sound reliability maintenance practices and methods for executing mechanical and electrical repairs of equipment. * Collect data for root cause repair details and document completion for tracking in work order system. * Mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and ladder logic displays, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics. * Capable of working from and understanding equipment manuals, specifications, and BOM's (Bill of Materials). * Knowledge of SAP/Maximo or other CMMS Maintenance system. * Work in a team environment; ability to communicate and work well with others. * Additional assignments by manager. * Basic Computer skills * Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively. * All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.   Competencies:   * Managing Tasks * Open Communication * Self-Management   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   * Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees. * Language Ability -- Talking to others to convey information effectively. * Customer Service Orientation * Adaptability - Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or circumstances. * Problem Solving * PDCA Mindset - Plan, Do, Check, Act approach to all activities * Conflict resolution * Dealing with ambiguity   Position Qualifications:   * High school diploma or equivalent GED required * Applicable Skill and Knowledge competency level demonstrated through certificate or testing * Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred   Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:   * Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch. * Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment. * Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk. Responsibilities
The technician will respond to work orders and breakdowns, analyzing and correcting advanced electromechanical issues related to facility equipment. This includes performing scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance using sound reliability practices for mechanical and electrical repairs.
