Facility Maintenance Technician is the role dedicated to the general maintenance and repair of all buildings, plants and company areas. He/she is responsible for the management and delivery of internal services at the various production sites.
Facility Maintenance Technician that all assigned activities are carried out/performed in full compliance with the relevant safety rules and regulations and in accordance with the specified procedures.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage ordinary mechanical and electrical maintenance activities carried out in the relevant sites, in compliance with production requirements and safety regulations;
• Oversee the wear and tear conditions of the installations, identifying the necessary maintenance operations and verifying their proper implementation by the internal maintenance services;
• Handle emergency calls during scheduled days;
• Contribute to the correct use of all documentation related to maintenance activities.

ACTIVITIES

• Provision and management of in-house services: heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, water and fire systems, and everything related to the maintenance of buildings, doors and windows, office furniture;
• Repairs of equipment and system structures;
• Coordination with external maintenance contractors;
• Sending communications to relevant suppliers, for circulars, company closures, inventory.
