Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the facility and its systems are fully operational and in safe working condition. This position covers a wide range of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as supporting warehouse equipment needs. The Technician ensures the facility is kept in top condition to meet regulatory standards and operational demands, contributing directly to mission readiness and safety. Key Responsibilities: Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Conduct routine inspections and repairs. Support safety compliance and emergency response. Assist with equipment setup and facility upkeep. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or technical training required. 3+ years facility maintenance experience.
