JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Tacala Maintenance Technicians provide year-round, ongoing preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment. The technician should be able to work independently and with others, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and interact with employees, vendors, and customers in a professional manner.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3-5 years
Technical school graduate or high school diploma

SKILLS:

Must be knowledgeable of being able to test and diagnose kitchen equipment repairs using an electrical volt meter to check volts, amps and continuity.
Comfort and knowledge of servicing equipment such as hot equipment (like capacity fryers, warmers), and minor plumbing, electrical, painting and handy man work.
