Description
We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems, particularly in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and technical evaluations for facility management contracts. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope for HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing sheets Conduct site visits for assessment and scope verification Coordinate with procurement team for vendor quotations Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing Prepare tender documents and commercial submissions Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Support technical clarifications during bidding stage Assist in variation cost estimation and project budgeting Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Minimum 5–10 years experience in MEP/FM estimation Proven experience in High-Rise Building Estimation Projects Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting) Good understanding of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems Experience in BOQ preparation and tender documentation Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software Strong analytical and cost control skills GCC experience preferred Available for immediate joining
