JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for a presentable, confident and courteous Female Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preffered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • 1 year of experience in front office or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, appointment and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (printing, filing, data entry)
  • Handle incoming leads or business-related enquires and update the concerned authority.
  • Assist with handling CV drops-ins and guide candidates appropriately.
  • Manage petty cash for basic office expenses and staff reimbursements.
  • Communicate effectively with shop floor employees and office staff to address concerns, share updates and assist in resolving day to day issues professionally.
  • Receive and distribute incoming correspondance, documents, and deliveries.
