Work #LikeABosch Job Description Daily Tasks: Process and record incoming invoices Maintain invoice master list and recap monthly costs Update access card and ID card records as needed Coordinate sim card requests and system access for new employees Provide general support to the FCM team and assist employee needs Weekly: Inspect and restock First Aid Box in the pantry Monthly: Conduct stock opname and place orders for stationery and pantry supplies Request and manage Telkomsel billing Collect and submit attendance sheets for office staff and drivers to respective agencies Update maintenance schedules and inspect safety equipment (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, emergency exits) Qualifications University student from any major with no classes left to attend Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in general office administration or support roles is an advantage Additional Information Full-time paid internship for 6 months (January-June 2026).
