Description
The Facility Management Lead at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for the oversight and management of all facilities-related activities, ensuring that the built environment supports the organization's operational objectives. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable facility that meets the needs of tenants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement facility management strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Coordinate and manage facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects from conception to completion. Ensure that all facility services, including janitorial, landscaping, and security, are performed to a high standard. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of quality services and timely response to maintenance requests. Monitor facility budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation. Conduct regular audits and assessments of facility operations to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies across all facilities. Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and concerns from tenants and staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in facilities management or property management. Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing facility operations. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to assess and manage budgets effectively.
