Description
Collaborate with Delivery teams and external partners to manage central initiatives using OSIRs and governance dashboards. Lead the Center of Excellence (COE), overseeing programming, planning, and quality control functions. Manage spatial data governance and dashboard development using Serraview and CAFM platforms. Drive MAC programs and workplace transitions, including signage, furniture RFPs, and construction standard enhancements. Coordinate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services such as maintenance, EH&S, sustainability, and vendor management. Deploy and manage CAFM/IWMS systems to automate services, generate reports, and streamline workflows. Partner with PDS, Real Estate, procurement, and supply chain teams on capital projects, renovations, and vendor performance optimization. 5+ years in strategic workplace planning, facility operations, or real estate program management. Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS platforms, including Serraview, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills. Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams and global portfolios. Knowledge of governance frameworks, tracking benchmarks, and reporting on pivotal initiatives. Strategic individual who excels at solving problems, taking action, and continuously improving. Collaborative approach with experience working across global teams. Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, hybrid work models, sustainability programs, and global workplace trends. Skilled in change management and organizational development.
