JOB SUMMARY:

The Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds. This includes supervising facility staff, managing vendors and service contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and safety across the property.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Must Have Manual UAE Driving License.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily activities of janitorial, maintenance, security, and other facility staff.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and inspections.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage facility-related budgets, procurement of materials, and inventory control.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to plan facility upgrades and capital improvements.
  • Train and evaluate staff to ensure performance standards are met.
