We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of company buildings, engineering systems, and rented residential apartments for employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3–5 years of proven experience as a Facility Manager or in building maintenance.
· Strong knowledge of engineering systems (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fire safety).
· Experience in personnel management and contractor supervision.
· Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
· Good command of English (spoken and written).
· Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to multitask.
· Manage the operation and maintenance of building engineering systems (electricity, HVAC, water supply, fire safety, etc.).
· Supervise technical staff and cleaning teams.
· Coordinate with external contractors for repair, maintenance, and cleaning services.
· Interact with government and municipal authorities regarding facility operations.
· Monitor the quality of cleaning in offices, accommodation and workshop areas.
· Search for, rent, and administer apartments for company employees (contracts, lease terms, utility payments).
· Plan budgets, control expenses, and prepare operational reports.
· Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and building regulations.
