Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ambulatory Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The Ambulatory Facilities Manager is responsible for the coordination of the maintenance and upkeep of the physical space occupied by the ambulatory surgery center and clinic space, including housekeeping, environment of care, and facilities maintenance. They oversee maintenance, manage facility projects, and act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm or end of session
Salary: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  3. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  4. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to set priorities among multiple competing objectives, tasks, and initiatives are required.
  5. Basic project management skills including planning and executing technical and operational project activities with cross-functional teams.
  6. Candidate must be well organized and be able to manage a demanding workload and moderately complex cases in an accurate and timely manner.
  7. Demonstrated proficiency in problem assessment, resolution, and collaborative problem-solving in complex, and interdisciplinary settings.
  8. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. This position requires the ability to interact positively, constructively, and effectively with professional staff, providers, and organizational stakeholders.
  9. Ability to lead and mentor a team through new and changing situations. Demonstrate a professional and compassionate manner while conveying a positive image of CHOICES.
  10. Must demonstrate leadership and relationship management skills, and manage conflicts with tact, sensitivity, and respect.
  11. Ability to work independently follow through and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  12. Ability to work collaboratively with a culturally diverse staff and patient/family population demonstrating tact and sensitivity in stressful situations.
  13. Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) or similar software is required and an ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs.
  14. Must be a motivated individual with a positive mindset and exceptional work ethic.
  15. If not certificate holder at date of employment, must successfully complete Certificate of Fitness requirements within 90 days of employment:
    a. Cat. G71 Type Fitness (SUPERVISION OF PIPED NON-FLAMMABLE MEDICAL GASES)
    b. Cat. F07 Type Fitness (FIRE AND EMERGENCY DRILL CONDUCTOR)
