Job Descriptions * Lead and manage overall facilities operations and maintenance to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient building operations. * Oversee the maintenance team across Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil systems, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage daily facilities management activities including operations, resource planning, and incident or crisis management. * Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, QHSE requirements, and industry standards. * Monitor service delivery performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and service level targets. * Oversee maintenance programs for key Mechanical & Electrical systems, including HV/LV systems, UPS, air-conditioning, fire protection systems, and standby generators. * Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance planning to ensure optimal equipment reliability. * Act as the main liaison for site operations, maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders. * Manage and evaluate contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and performance standards. * Support procurement activities including vendor selection, quotation evaluation, and cost control for facilities services. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline from a recognized university. * Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or plant/facility operations, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of M&E systems, utilities management, and building infrastructure. * Proven experience managing maintenance teams and external service contractors. * Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare operational and performance reports.
