Facility Manager Are you passionate about keeping a large complex facility running smoothly, safely, and efficiently? Beneq, a global leader in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) solutions, is looking for a proactive and technically strong Facility Manager to join our Shared Functions team in Espoo. Reporting to the VP, Operations, you will lead a skilled team consisting of a Cleanroom & HS Manager and Maintenance & Facility Technicians. This is a key role for someone who wants to make a visible impact on everyday operations and long-term infrastructure development. Key responsibilities Overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and systematic development of all site facilities and building systems Lead facility projects (expansion, renovation, infrastructure upgrades) from planning to completion Oversee facility budgeting and cost optimization Ensure compliance with regulations and ISO standards Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs Manage stakeholder relationships: subtenants, authorities, internal teams Promote safety culture and sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste reduction) Negotiate and manage contracts, including property lease agreements Leadership and project management Lead and develop your own team (Cleanroom & HSE Manager, technicians) Manage contractors and service providers: selection, contract negotiations, quality and cost follow-up Foster a continuous improvement mindset in facility operations Requirements Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Civil Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar) Several years of experience in facility management, building systems, and project leadership Good negotiation, communication, and people leadership skills Experience with continuous improvement and development of processes Experience in demanding environments (e.g. cleanroom, production facilities) is an advantage How to Apply Submit your application, including your CV and salary request, by 11th of January 2026.
