YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in facility management, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with vendors, residents, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable using property management software and mobile tools.
  • Driving license is a plus

In this role, you will ensure our spaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming—while delivering a best-in-class resident experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including plumbing, electrical systems, security, and common areas.
  • Schedule and manage preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and unexpected repairs.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring work is completed to Habyt standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, or areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety checks, repairs, and vendor certifications.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related resident concerns, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics across all shared spaces.
  • Collaborate closely with Community Managers to align facilities with the needs of residents.
