Job Description We have recently moved into a new, modern office facility in Drammen and are now looking for a Facility Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and professional day-to-day operations. This role is central to maintaining a well-functioning workplace and serving as the main point of contact for all building-related matters. About the Role As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the operation, coordination, and follow-up of the office building, warehouse areas, external suppliers, and key service partners. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The role combines operational responsibility with a broader, strategic perspective, and will develop over time as the company continues to grow. Facility: Take full ownership of facilities, storage, and physical assets across the location Act as the central point of contact for all facility related topics Main contact person for: fire alarms, security alarms, technical failures or critical incidents Oversee office operations (service suppliers, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) Ensure a high-quality, well-functioning work spaces Vendors, services and financial follow up Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts Ensure cost control, quality, and reliability across all services Own general services including seasonal services and annual cyclus services Cost control and financial follow-up Warehouse and storage Coordinate storage and warehouse needs Manager for the employee responsible for the warehouse, logistics and maintance Follow-up of waste room and waste handling in cooperation with supplier Ensure compliance and standards Contribute to the HSE work (risk assessment, regulatory requirements) Own and drive the Bream re-certification Contribute in reporting of our consumptions for environmental aspects Drive projects and expansion Lead planning and execution of changes based on business needs (such as new office spaces, layouts, potential expansions) Requests & Change Management Act as contact point for requests related to technical infrastructure, structural changes, furniture and office layout Communicate effectively with management, staff, and external stakeholders Qualifications ~3+ years’ experience in facility management or similar Experience with vendors, contracts, and cost control Knowledge of HSE and safety procedures Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English Proactive, structured, and service-minded Independent and trustworthy with high sense of responsibility Comfortable being the “go-to” person for building-related matters Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners Additional Information What we offer A key role in a modern, newly established office facility with aprox 150 colleges on site Broad responsibility and significant influence on workplace quality Be part of a global company with the ambition to grow in Drammen Competetive terms, conditions and employee benefits Apply now to help shape our workplace in Drammen!
