About Us:
EIXO Padel is a premier 7-court padel facility with a vibrant café/bar and merchandise shop. We are passionate about providing a top-class sporting and social experience for players of all levels. To help us deliver, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day activities of padel players, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Manage the Playtomic booking system, including court reservations and customer support.
• Oversee café/bar operations, ensuring quality service and stock control.
• Create engaging content and manage social media platforms to promote events, activities, and the EIXO brand.
• Assist in organising and delivering corporate events, private bookings, and social tournaments.
• Support the merchandise shop, including stock management and sales.
• Monitor and respond to email and phone queries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with coaches to schedule training sessions, clinics, and lessons.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facility, hospitality, or sports club management preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with Playtomic or other booking systems is an advantage.
• Social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Passion for sports, especially racket sports, is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
