We have a matrix organisation with a Facility Manager in every Nordic country and Lithuania, so alignment between the units is essential to ensure a coherent service experience across the Danske Bank Group.
We are now looking for a colleague to join us in Helsinki. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the service delivery of Catering, Cleaning Services, Office Support, and Technical Maintenance in Finland. You will develop user experience, coordinate operational projects, and manage budgets locally in accordance with the facility management strategy.

The work includes:

• Close collaboration with different stakeholders like a service partner, contractors, and business leads.
• Monitoring service deliveries to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Communication about services to end-users.
• Handling queries, complaints, and escalation issues to ensure solutions from the service partner.
• Evaluation and mitigation of risks related to facility management.
• Monthly performance reporting.
