Description The Facilities Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance, safety, and operation of a 17,000 sq. ft. building and its grounds at 36 Wall Street. This role ensures the facility is clean, secure, and fully functional for staff, clients, and visitors. Requirements Job Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, maintenance, construction, or a related field At least 2 years of supervisory experience Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Experience with project management, budgeting, and forecasting capital needs Understanding of health, safety, environmental regulations, and building codes Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to supervise staff and volunteers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, Word, Excel) Current driver’s license with excellent driving record Must be available outside normal working hours for emergencies and respond to urgent issues Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform prolonged walking, standing, bending, and climbing Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and inclement weather as needed
