JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading facility in Dubai is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager – Soft Services to oversee and manage all MEP and soft services operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high service quality, compliance, and efficient day-to-day facility management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MEP)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in soft services and facility management
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Dubai’s local compliance, hygiene, and labor laws
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• soft services and facility management: 5 years (Required)

• Supervise all MEP and soft services operations including:
• Housekeeping
• Security
• Pest control
• Waste management
• Façade cleaning
• Landscaping
• Building MEP Maintenance
• Develop and enforce SOPs and SLAs to ensure service excellence
• Conduct audits and inspections regularly
• Collaborate with the marketing/events team for event setups and crowd control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
• Oversee budgeting and cost control for soft services operations
• Prepare MIS and performance evaluation reports periodically
