Typical duties include:

• Sourcing and supervising service providers (Artisans)
• Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
• Proper fleet management
• Ensuring proper maintenance and repairs.
• Managing maintenance and repairs budgets.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards
• Overseeing projects and renovations.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Ensuring proper management of all facilities/Assets

REQUIREMENTS:

HND or BSC in Facility management, or similar course.
Experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Fleet management and can drive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦140,000.00 - ₦160,000.00 per mont
